The Majors: The five interconnected pillars of The Highlander Program: Exercise, Sleep, Nutrition, Mental Power, Life Enhancing Drugs.
Practitioner: A Highlander taking action in accordance with The Majors.
Strongevity: A longevity practice focused on physical and mental improvement with age, not just extension of life or health.
Theorist: Longevity influencers that do not appear to practice the common sense tenets of The Majors. Often includes “biohackers.”
Three Strikes Diet (TSD): The standard diet of The Highlander that limits commonly accepted “bad” foods with an approach practical for lifelong adherence.
